Hey all,
Not having seen a lot of action on the blog in the late part of the summer, I thought I'd get things started for the schoolyear with a quick update on myself. If you could all comment back with 1) where you are, 2) what you're doing (school, job, etc.), 3) how you're doing (happy, sad, slovenly, etc.), and 4) whom you're supporting for the World Series this fall, I think we'd all feel a little more connected.
1) In case you didn't know, I've moved to Abilene, Texas, where Laura is finishing her senior year of college. People are much nicer down here, and the weather is much hotter.
2) I'm going to be substitute teaching while working as an accompanist at ACU.
3) I'm feeling good, but perhaps a little nostalgic for college. I'm in the process of applying to graduate school, so hopefully this will be remedied within the coming year.
4) If the Cardinals can't pull off an amazing comeback, I'm going to have to support Tampa Bay.

1. I've been traveling. I'm currently in Tulsa.
2. I'm chilling and trying to not spend money while still having a good time. I was riding my bike, but a brief venture south to work for FEMA forced me to abandon it. We will reunite someday.
3. I'm feeling good and, for the first time since college, not worrying about my lack of direction.

1. I'm at West Point, but you know me- could be anywhere. Including behind you right now...
2. I'm working on my last year at West Point, doing a ton of reading (at least 1000 pages every few days) for history, and getting my mind right for the Army.
3. Currently, I am happy. Tasha just visited me for Ring Weekend, and we talked a lot about our relationship. We're still together, and I'm excited about where we can go from here.
4. Cubs are beastly. Zambrano's the best pitcher in MLB. Don't argue with me. Cubs 2008.

1. I'm still living in Edwardsville, IL.
2. I've basically just been going to class and working. I'll have some fun here and there in between. I'm taking five classes and producing a television show on the side.
3. I'm doing alright I suppose. I'm pretty busy these days and I'm stressing about graduating on time and doing well in my classes.
